Chatted with my neighbor over the back pasture fence this evening at sunset. He was out taking his dog for a walk. Or a ride, I guess. He comes out there on his 4 wheeler.
He says the company they work for is going to be laying off some folks, maybe even him.
Frightening. They're a scrap metal yard. I would have thought the scrap yards would be somewhat recession-proof.

Nothing's safe when you have a president out to deliberately destroy the country.
I think everyone grabbed most of the scrap metal and sold it already. I know around here scrap isn't as easy to find as it used to be and there's always people looking for it. More people are hurting for money these days.
