Overheard: Lousianna Law Bans Cash Transactions

I saw this on a forum earlier today. A Lousianna law that was passed this summer bans cash transactions between private individuals and forces an exchange of information and for the deal to be conducted in check, credit card, or money order.

Getting harder and harder to live "off the grid", isn't it?
